Cognizance of the Bank of Baroda Communiqué in respect of Recruitment to the Posts of Probationary Ocer followed by Successful Training against 1200 Vacancies / Seats and would like to briey state in the subsequent Paragraphs.


Bank of Baroda PO Exam Admit Cards 

Deadline for Online Application Forms in response to Bank of Baroda Notication shall close on the 1 of May 2017 (01.05.2017). Bank of Baroda (BOB) will issue the Online Exam Call letter from 12 May 2017 onwards through the website links as stated hereunder. Candidates through Registration ID/ Password/ DoB will be able to download the Call letter for BOB PO Exam. 

Bank of Baroda PO Computer Based Test 2017 e-Admit Cards Download: 

The Bank of Baroda shall upload on the Official Website latest by the 12 of May 2017 (12.05.2017) the eAdmission Certificates / Admittance Tickets for the Candidates. The Candidates would be able to download their respective electronic Admittance Tickets commencing this Date onward. The Candidates without electronic Admission Certificates shall be barred from appearing in the Examination Hall for the Computer Based Online Recruitment Examination (CBORE) towards May-end 2017.

The Bank of Baroda Recruitment Board shall shortlist only the Candidates having secured Minimum Qualifying Marks / Minimum Percentile Marks in each Test and in AGGREGATE of the Computer Based Online Test carrying Maximum 250 Marks for Psychometric Assessment. Bank of Baroda Recruitment Cell will declare the Communitywise Minimum Qualifying Marks while announcing the Result for the Computer Based Test. The Marks obtained the Computer Based Online Test obtained by the Students shall not be included in the Marks awarded to them in the Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion and Personal Interview leading to preparation of the Final Merit List drawn up based on the Performance and Marks mentioned here under:

i) Psychometric Assessment (PA) 

ii) Group Discussion (GD) &

iii) Personal Interview (PI) 

Bank of Baroda PO Computer Based Online Test 2017: 

The Bank Of Baroda (BoB) Manipal School of Banking upon completion of the Training of the Students, shall Officially host on the 27 of May 2017 (27.05.2017) Computer Based Online Test / Computer Based Objective Test for the Candidates. 

Schematic Pattern for Bank Of Baroda Probationary Ocer Examinations 2017:

The Bank of Baroda shall conduct a Computer Based Online Recruitment Test as per the Syllabus & Pattern of the Examination mentioned hereunder:

Final Selection of the Students judged as Bright, having good Communication Skills (both Oral and Written), are dedicated, might work effectively in teams, are passionate about their Career Goals and who display high Integrity and a Positive Attitude.

Computer Based Online Recruitment Test (CBORT)
Qualifying in Nature toward Shortlisting for Psychometric Assessment. It is essential for the Candidates to secure Minimum Qualifying Marks in each Section of the Online Objective Test and Sucient Marks in Aggregate.
The Bank of Baroda Recruitment Board shall not include the Marks obtained by the Students in the Computer Based Online Recruitment Examination in the Final Merit List drawn up based on the Performance and Marks in the
i) Psychometric Assessment (PA)
ii) Group Discussion (GD) &
iii) Personal Interview (PI)
Psychometric Assessment (PA)
Aimed at measuring the Students’ Mental Abilities and Processes – Qualifying.
The Bank of Baroda Recruitment Board shall draw up Final Select List in order of Merit based on the Candidates’ respective Performance and Marks secured in
Group Discussion (GD)
Performance of the Candidates and Marks scored by them in Psychometric Assessment (PA), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

BOB Recruitment Board will stipulate the Qualifying Marks for the Candidates

Final Select List and Final Result shall be announced. The Candidates with Sufficient High Marks in the Bank of Baroda Probationary Officer Examination 2017.

 The Minimum Qualifying Marks in Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion & Interview will be as decided by the Bank.

The Psychometric Assessment will be qualifying in nature. The Final Merit List for selection will be on the basis of performance in Online Test (Objective + Descriptive), Group Discussion (GD) and Interview.
